60 Minutes' Segment on Lot Lizards...

I remember the 60 minutes story about hours of service. The “American” driver was retiring. He let them observe how he cheated his paper logs. In his words being able to work 24 hrs a day. The whole Industry was mad at him. The very idea that we have Foriegn companies operating from over seas should be considered a security threat. Where’s homeland security? Busy killing our own citizens in the streets, labeling them domestic terrorists. Just as so many people warned us would happen.

 

Saw these two companies pulling Super Ego trailers when I was walking my dog. First one has an older DOT number, but if you look at their carrier history it shows only 1 truck until January of this year when all the sudden they have 235 trucks. That’s quite a growth spurt in 30 days’ time. They also have a pending insurance cancellation.



This one is equally as trashy.
