If I'm trying to return equipment to carrier, but they refuse to route me to drop off equipment, what are my legal options? I'm trying not to get a abandonment on my DAC Report. Only thing that I can think of is taking pictures of equipment (inside and out), recording phone calls, text messages, and emails. Possibly getting a police report stating that I tried to turn in the equipment. Oh and I plan on taking my two brand new tires and replacing them with my spare tires.
