Be up front with them. I knew of a guy who applied to them. He didn't reveal a felony that happened 9 years ago and they declined him.

attrintal, like Whispers just said be up front and honest with them.As far as a new driver goes its hard to say because I dont know how much they will pay you per mile. However they seem to expect me to run anywhere from 2800 to 3400 miles a week, which means they keep me pretty busy on my 7 days out.I would think they would start a new driver out at around $.30 a mile.Give them a call and find out what their pay scale is,and oh yeah be up front with them.Good luck

Road Dog,
I just sent you a pm. -
I'm 5 weeks away from getting out of my PDTI training, and I'm getting an A average. Roehl is one of the companies I want to court. Got a baby due in April, and I wouldn't mind the 7 on 7 off schedule. I'll take what I can get, though.

Milestogo,I got your PM,and sent you an answer back, hope you got it.

Hey Tip,
Can I impose and ask you where overseas are you? Are you in the military? The reason I am asking, I was stationed in England in the 80's and loved it over there. -
I have just want to ask you how long have you been driving and how many companies have you worked for?
-
I'm normally a lurker, but......
Homeboy - Don't let that be the end of discussion for you!! You were given wrong information on both issues. Payroll will back pay a driver for a mistake, and if your DSR & payroll rep won't do anything about it, go higher up the chain. Bonuses are not calculated on HHG miles alone...They use them for the miles ran up until practical miles went into effect. This has caused confusion for alot of drivers & payroll, since they had to do a bit more work as far as the calculations went.
If you are not getting your problems resolved with you DSR, go higher. If you are in a POD, that means getting ahold of the head of your POD, and if you still don't get anywhere, get ahold of your OPS manager.
Hope this helps!
