piggy piggy piggy.....not sure its a solution to control wild bores, rather classic commercial spin on making out they are solving problems. Did you notice all those whities in the processing plant from 9.49m onward. Furthermore cross breeding wild pigs with commercial pigs may create a new product, but really just more pigs. While the majority of the wild ones still run wild.

Still its a good concept eating wild meat that breeds like rabbits, pigs, deer, goats, camel, buffalo or whatever is running a muck. I suspect though existing commercial meat enterprises with profitable industries would and will be the major hurdle to eating anything less than their product.

Knew a bloke once who got paid by the rabbit hear in Australia during a plague. He used that round pen concept with water in the middle. He just shut the gate when it was full. He used a pick handle to put the poor things to their death, said it was cheaper than a bullet.

In the desert hear governance drop camels in the National Parks to bring in wild dogs, they then shot away from a chopper. Its estimated there are 1 million wild camels in Australia, causing much damage to the environment. No interest in harvesting them to eat. Rather by killing the odd one it brings in Dingo's (our top apex animal) who are reportedly to blame for pinching farmers lams and calves. Pending which farmer you talk to however, say its other farmers dogs who are not tied up for the night. Not the Dingo. Either way everyone is losing.

hah you Americans. How did I know that was only a matter of time. Still if you have 50 pigs scatter from a shooter in a chopper, its probably what's needed.

The crossbreeding with white pigs is tried to make the feral hogs more domesticated and easier to control.
Still trying to keep the wild feral pigs unique flavor.

Unfortunately feral hogs are a major concern in parts of the U.S. They are particularly destructive to the crops.
Sometimes unorthodox methods have to be used to cull the herd.
