Nice. I like a London broil, but they can dry out quick

 

I don't know Dave, but Dale has trees, grass, with other assorted foliage.

 

Like to use the “ Magic Marinade “ on them. Never go beyond medium rare, usually pull off heat about 125. Seems to work.
