Don’t get me wrong, I like a good hot rod as well as anyone. Just some things should be left as is/was.JolliRoger, thatsright, Tug Toy and 5 others Thank this.

I love how she's clueless to how that car got in front of HER truck. Lane drift warning was either not on that truck or they turned it off, because she was definitely not paying attention to the road instead of her conversation.

sawmill, Tug Toy, cke and 1 other person Thank this. -
I like hotrods too, but, when I see someone take a fully original car / truck and cut it up, swap out a perfectly good frame, cut the body, chop the top, it just ruins it for me.
Like this 38 of my neighbor’s, I don’t have any pics of it the way it was setting sideways behind the 55 Chevy and the 68 drop top, but I remember what it looked like. It was kinda rough with whiskey bumps as dad called them and rust in the fenders and along the bottom of the body, it needed work but was save able, it wasn’t a nice clean body to start with.
Some tell me I should big block my 55 truck or drop an LS in it along with a nova or Camaro front section for disc brakes and suspension. Well I guess that would be nice and all, but then it wouldn’t be an “old truck” in my opinion. I want to retain the I beam front axle, manual steering, that’s part of what makes it an old truck……singlescrewshaker, Boardhauler, beastr123 and 8 others Thank this. -
@AModelCat
You won’t see this kinds of equipment at a fruity gym.singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV, thatsright and 1 other person Thank this. -
That's a real gym.
I've slacked a lot the last while, just so much on my plate lately. It's like battling a hydra, get one thing done and two more things pop up. Still seem to squeeze in two or three gym sessions of about a half hour or so every week though.singlescrewshaker, OLDSKOOLERnWV and TripleSix Thank this. -
Today is shoulder day (BIG SHOULDERS). A boot camp trainer walks through leading 5 trainees. He hears my training video from my phone.

He asks, “White noise?”
No, meditation between sets. Keeps the mind focused and the body under control of the mind. The mind controlling the body forces the body to become what the mind wants.
“That makes sense!”
The trainees, of course, probably think I’m a nut job, but that’s okay.singlescrewshaker, thatsright, OLDSKOOLERnWV and 2 others Thank this. -
Let’s roll out to Wabash, Indiana…..
singlescrewshaker, Oxbow, kwswan and 3 others Thank this.
