Guess trying to save money always backfires? Put the old turbo actuator on the new turbo and it decided to stop working..
so here we are waiting to programming a new actuator. Of course got to drop all the coolant once again because why not...

Speaking as a layman here of course, it’s certainly not looking truck IMHO, so if everything else is still fairly sound I’d say a new engine is worth it.

Shop I worked at had one of these with about 15 foot of garden hose on it.
Just drop it in the bucket of coolant, climb up and plug it in and regulate the flow by folding the hose.
Empty the 1st bucket and drop it in the next one.
