Yeah but what your broker does isn't normal. You could toss a dart at a list of hundreds of brokers and what I posted would be the same if you landed on any one of them. 6 hrs max $25 an hour or $150 layover for longer hold ups, "industry standard". You could try negotiating higher detention or better layover and they'll book someone else who doesn't do that. And you know that's a fact. I could tell you about the RARE good brokers who paid $100 an hour or the one one time I got Covenant to pay me a $500 layover and they never used me again afterwards lol.

You negotiated that. They're not paying that much to people just booking loads without even considering accessories. It'll be a flat $150 with a limit on the hours. They're not called cheap n heavy for nuthin
