PAY

• 70 CPM — address to address
• $250 minimum per load
• $50 extra stops
• $25/hr detention after 2 hours (caps at layover rate)
• $200 layover pay
• Up to $2,500/year in quarterly bonuses (see breakdown below)

QUARTERLY BONUS — up to $625/quarter

• $275 — over 95% on-time delivery
• $175 — no violations or tickets
• $175 — no cargo claims or freight damage

CLEAN DOT INSPECTION BONUSES

• Level 1: $300
• Level 2: $200
• Level 3: $100

EQUIPMENT

• Kenworth T680 governed at 71 MPH
• APU, fridge, bunk heater, and inverter
• Automatic Transmission

THE JOB

• W-2 company driver - no 1099 sketchiness
• OTR refrigerated freight
• 99% no-touch
• Flexible home time
• Paid holidays

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• 2+ years driving experience
• 1 year reefer experience (preferred)
• Clean MVR (previous 5 years)
• No felonies
• TWIC card or willingness to obtain
• Must speak English
