No drug testing is sketchy enough to think they don't report to anyone/anything

You can get a copy of your MVR (driving record) and you can get a copy of your DAC (employment history used my many large carriers) and you can get a copy of your PSP (inspection and accident history). I would suggest doing that and finding out what all is on there instead of wondering what companies see and trying to cover up places of employment.

Applications are required by law. As well as 10 year work history have to be part of the application according to FMSCA.

Any company that wants a resume or anything else then that I consider not a serious employer and disregard.

I don't need to waste my time with anyone that is collecting resumes, doesn't understand the trucking rules, or running a scam.

Ahh, DAC. I think that's what I'm talking about in my initial post...not an MVR. But anyway, how do I go about getting these 3?
    Thanks.

DAC: reach out and request it
    PSP: request it from FMCSA

    For your Dac (Hireright) report:
Request a Copy of My DAC Report | Articles | HireRight Candidate Support

FYI- They are considered the same as a credit reporting company so if there is something on there that you think is wrong, you can dispute it. They have to investigate. And if they don't change it, you can put a rebuttal in your file that prospective employers will see when they get your report.

It's not that I'm trying to cover up places of employment, I just don't see the need to list what isn't going to be helpful. Why list one month of work as a yard jockey? It'll look like I didn't like it and left when in actuality the company lost the contract and had to let go of all all its drivers.

If you don't list all of your previous employers and the company somehow finds out that you didn't, you won't get the job. And if you had already started the job when they find out you would more than likely get fired. But it's your choice.
