And you've been there 3 days already?
Lonesome Thanks this. -
How many days of running team loads solo do you need to decide weather or not they are a toxic company?TB John Thanks this.

If I read similar in a contract, I would not have signed. Lease/purchase paid on a 1099, I presume?
TB John Thanks this. -
Unfortunately, yes. The minute you get a blemish as bad as a positive drug screen, you get screwed up for some years. I did get lucky and land a job hauling beverages a short time after I failed. I did get lucky though. I have to emphasize that. Kept that job til I got fired. Then I had to work for those types of companies for some years. The rules were different years ago. These days, I'm not so sure it isn't better to just get all the way out of the game for a few years and start all over. Reputable companies won't even look at a driver for a minimum 3 years, even after completing SAP. That rule was the same back then. I didn't go through SAP because they didn't require it. Time healed everything. Now you need 3 years after the fail to pass, plus SAP completion. Some companies won't even hire a driver even after they've gone through SAP. Positive drug screens are so devastating, and takes some years to recover from.

How many drug test have you failed? Because it sounds like multiple. -
How did you draw that conclusion?
