Finally at melton

No updates to speak of.just sitting here waiting on tire repair.we got our guarterly fuel bonus last week.received 1049.not sure I will get any of the special bonus they are running.my mpg is usually right around 8.the guys with low mpg should do pretty well as it's easy for them to improve.we received our new scorecard and ashamed to say mine plummeted to 103 in company and 3rd in fleet.not sure why,guess I will have to work smarter.not really sure what I can improve on but if I wanted easy I would of done dryvan.

 

One guy had his ####### buddy pretend he was his boss.they called again to verify something and dumb stoner buddy said huh.they don't really say why guys are let go.you just look around the class and see empty seats.i think we had 5 or 6.we had 1 guy sneak away after he got his first cash pay.alot of guys quit because they say tarping is to hard.but at most your tarping and securing for 3 hours and then sitting on your butt for 1 or 2 days.easiest job I ever had.did roofing,firefighting,ordinance removal and construction before this.

 

Most of the trainers are good from what I hear.from the stories I have heard it's usually trainee's not listening.l have always had the mindset to respect the uniform ,not the man in it.not saying the trainers are all perfect but they tend to weed out the bad ones after a incident.its just 3 weeks but if you do clash with yours speak up and they will get you a different one.dont let it get so bad you quit
