    Has everyone prepared for their Motus registration? Deadline is by May 14.

    I just signed into Motus as welland it took like an hour, because it could not verify my identity.
    I had to scan Drivers license multiple times and then passport too before finally getting verified.
    It also takes a pic of your face.

    What all do you have to do? From what ive been reading it just has you login to the portal and update your mcs-150?

    Yea I get an email saying something about logging in to my login.gov account to complete registration… and something about my mcs150…. I don’t see anything about actually going to a new site to register

    You have to login to Motus via Login.Gov, put your personal information and address, put your company's information and then verify your identity by live scanning your documents and face.
    That's it

    Actually I misunderstood a bit, you have to login to fmcsa portal by May 14th, Motus is no rush

    I tried to verify my identity at least 15-20times..... each time the phone said it was a success. But, my laptop said couldnt verify my identity. I gave up trying.

    I tried to get a pin and it said they didn’t have my email nor phone number. So it will take 7-10 days in the mail. Last time I ask a California CHP inspector about my DOT, he said they only looked at the MCP (CA. number) since I’m only Intrastate.
