Westmore transportation aka linestar stay away

Just started here 3 days ago. Figured they outta Florida they have to be better then a Serbian company from Chicago. Nope they Uzbekistan and far more ruthless.

Flat out expecting me to run 1000-1200 miles daily
Contract has 4 pages of deductions for driver mishaps

Ok hers your load its 950 miles the shipper is 100 miles away and loading apt is in 15 min. You have 21 hours till delivery
Immediately followed by a reminder
That late pickup is $1000 dollar deduction a late delivery is $700 deduction and if you forget to send a picture of trailer loaded and or unloaded thats a $200 deduction.

When told im not willing to break the law for you

"Why whats the problem?
I can do 5-600 miles a day

"Oh so for the first week or so till you get used to how we run your willing to run 7-800 miles a day?"

No, thats not at all what I said

Is this really all I can expect to find as a sap driver? If anyone knows anything better let me know.

 

How many days of running team loads solo do you need to decide weather or not they are a toxic company?
