OTR driver looking for a good long haul job with a SMALL company, 25 trucks or less. REEFER or VAN. Wide open on home time. No real limit on staying out, if I can get what I need. Doing temp runs until the right long haul job comes along again.
My major priority is getting into a solid, reliable, well maintained truck. Without that nothing else matters. I will not destroy my hard earned clean record by running junk equipment. Prefer a truck with a little wheelbase, strong power, decent sleeper, preferably stick shift, 75 mph.
My ideal job would be cross country runs or big mile OTR. 3k miles a week or better consistently. Capable of 4k+ miles in a week, even on Elogs.
Looking for reasonable pay for my experience. I can do W2, or 1099 with some conditions. I don't pay bonds or escrow, and I don't sign any predatory contracts. A basic contract is fine.
About me:
30+ years experience. Mainly vans and reefers. Some grain hopper, tanker, flatbed. All lower 48 states. Every transmission up to 18 speed, wheelbases to 290. CDL A with tanker. 2 year DOT physical, March 2026. Completely clean MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse. No criminal record ever. No drugs EVER. Lifetime NON smoker. I don't drink alcohol. No DUIs EVER. Good physical condition. Can still pass an Army PT test easily. Have some videos on my YouTube channel to back it up. Sergeant Trucker. 8 year active duty US Army infantry veteran, 86 - 94, Honorable.
Based in Rochester, Indiana currently.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
