    If this is true, call a lawyer that specialize in workplace. SOunds to me like someone is tring to slant the story to make SWIFT look like the bad guys, maybe they are, but it sounds fishy. Call a attourney not a drivers board.

    well it is certain there are more problematic dm and dispatchers than really great ones, so don't be backwards about switching dm's or dispatchers if the fit is not good. Beside the fact that none of us get along well with everyone. But don't let your loads suffer for it.
