Recently switched sleepers out on my 2014 389 and new sleeper doesn’t have hvac hookups so want to block it off. Ordered a block off kit to block it off but not sure how to install it. Anyone used one before? Thanks!

Assumption is that the cut lines went to the sleeper. If so the line circled with red can be cut and then brazed shut where the red line is. It will have to be removed. This is the high side. The blue can be brazed shut at #1 or buy a cap to block off after removing the nut at #2.
It looks like there is a hole circled in orange on the piece you purchased so this won't block anything.

Ok thanks for your help! Do you happen to know how much freon the system takes?

Probably about 4lbs of 134A, it has been posted on here before. @Goodysnap may be able to get you that. See if he responds.

Save some money.
Take off the old lines going to the back. Cut them off flush on the steel tube. Smash them flat and weld or braze them shut.
Charge to about 2 lbs and see where your pressures are at. May need to add a little more maybe up to 1/2 pound more to get it dialed in. -
May be able to get a dryer for a day cab and not have that line to plug. If the system has been open it would be a good idea anyway.
