These photos are what will happen when they look you in the eye and say "get that ##### under control." And you decide you won't stay somewhere that disrespects your wife. The one boss, david riggan, is sexist, mysoginistic, and will insult you for not treating your wife like she is property that you own.

 

After reading the above posted files, it would appear, to me anyway, that your disregard for the cell phone policy, at above stated company, is the reason you are now in the dilema you are in.

 

The videos in which they referenced were me being on my phone, yes, using a Blue Parrot B-450 XT model which was not against company policy. My reason for leaving the company was worded professionally and did not attack the character of my now former employer. My reason for leaving was blatant disrespect of my wife in which he admitted to showing no remorse for. During my tenure there the one who sent the original email made sexist and misogynistic about my wife and i witnessed him making these same comments towards female employees. He had stated repeatedly that i should control my wife and continued to assume my wife did nothing but sit around our house all day. I am not in any dilemma. I had been in the market looking for a new employer shortly after that meeting. I was offered a job with a new company and will be starting that job with my new employer Monday. I have attached the email i sent to show the professionalism i showed them as i would any employer who's employ i would depart. I hope this adds mire context and clarifies anything that may have confused you.

 

Sounds like tough love to me.
