    Insurance companies will love this. Now brokers will have to get coverage’s for incidents. It’ll take a while, but this will remove some trash. Unfortunately, there going to lowball rates even more now to pay for it.

    This ruling is going to send shockwaves through the industry. Accountability is shifting, and brokers will likely have to be a lot more selective about who they partner with now that they can be held liable for these tragedies.

    I don’t know how I feel about that in general…..or blaming anyone but the driver/ person who declared that driver eligible to drive. We will have progress when the morons who know darn well certain drivers aren’t safe for the road and apparently don’t have a name to put on their cdl license are held accountable for what that driver does
