@DUNE-T makes a good suggestion, but you have to check the weight capacity before you buy one. I know I can't use a 'standard' size as it's too low of a weight capacity.
As for his suggestion of the acupuncture mat, although I've had professional acupuncture treatments, they were pretty much ineffective for me, but the myofascial pain issues I have, have been relieved via massage and chiro, but when I was on the road, or am unable to get to either, I use a Textured foam roller, similar to the one below and allows you to control how hard and where you allow the 'nubs' to go on your back. I also have a Shepherd's hook for direct isolated application of pressure which gives me leverage from different angles and such, also pictured below and clicking them will take you to the Amazon page with them on it. I'd think about one or both of these options, before I got to a needle bed. Just sayin'.

That is what I keep telling myself. Ha ha I will most likely just order one shortly. Told the dealer I was gonna come up in a couple months and see what we can layout. I ran one to like 595 I think it was. I had a driver do a lease purchase on it (his request, we don’t do this) and he ran it up to 675k with 12k ish in repairs during that time. The clutch went out and that was costly. He ended up asking me to take it back and he got into a much newer unit I had sitting for more money. I just sold it the other day for 38k.

Take that $150k and buy a truck. To be generous we'll assume netting $30k more than a company driver. After 5 years, assume getting a new truck for $80k and the trade in. After 10 years you end up with $507k.

Very few o/o are making $30k more than a company driver once health insurance and 401k match is taken into account.
