    Just get a head haircut so only the last 3 months of hair is remaining, and remove all other hair from your body.
    You could say that you have a dislike of hair in general but don't want a bald head.
    Some may turn you away, but at least you won't fail a test.
    Then you can let it all grow out again, all clean.
