LED bulbs are probably your only option.

Over the counter while on the road or when you get home?
On the road might be a problem, and if when getting home you can always order them and have them waiting for you.
    Amazon has many choices.

I bought a set of OXILAM LED bulbs for my 1997 Chrysler Sebring.
It always had weak headlights even though they were Halogen.
They went from yellow and dim to white and bright.

But I'm pretty sure the '23 Cascadia already uses LED bulbs. Mine did. They just are not aimed that well. Non-adjustable as far as I could tell.
If they burn out the whole light assembly has to be replaced.
