LED bulbs are probably your only option.

Over the counter while on the road or when you get home?
On the road might be a problem, and if when getting home you can always order them and have them waiting for you.
    Amazon has many choices.

I bought a set of OXILAM LED bulbs for my 1997 Chrysler Sebring.
It always had weak headlights even though they were Halogen.
They went from yellow and dim to white and bright.

But I'm pretty sure the '23 Cascadia already uses LED bulbs. Mine did. They just are not aimed that well. Non-adjustable as far as I could tell.
If they burn out the whole light assembly has to be replaced.

    Thrasher28 Thanks this.

Would recommend consulting the Bakersfield refrigerated haulers. They’ll have you seeing stars on I-40 at 3am.

AutoZone carries Sylvania LED replacements for most Halogen bulb sizes. Worked great in my pickup truck, and sold in store so no waiting on Amazon if you need them immediately. Sold over the counter, no prescription required

Looks like Walmart carries Sylvania H11 LED replacements as well

Mine are yellow and dim(can't see beyond 50' in the range of the beams).... I've even tried "polishing" the lenses.....

Bakersfield is nowhere near the I40.The closest it gets is about 150 miles west on the CA58 from Barstow....

With conventional halogen bulbs your choices are bright and short lifespan or dimmer and long lifespan . The hotter (brighter) it burns the faster it dies

I thought all 23+ cascadias came factory with the LED housing?

Anyhow, if it is indeed still a halogen unit.

Dont be the idiot that throws cheap LED's into a halogen housing.

I would much rather be blinded by an HID bulb in a halogen housing than I would an LED bulb in a halogen housing.

An hid in halogen housing is akin to a bright flashlight.

While an LED in halogen housings are akin to a 5mw+ green lazer that can cause permanent blinding.

If you do actually have the factory LED headlight unit then there is no way to change the diode, freightliner made #### sure of it.

I'm pretty sure that, since I've already had bulbs replaced on this truck TWICE, mine aren't "sealed"?

If the bulbs are replaceable it is very obvious, and very easy to change them.
