Even after being here a year and a half, it still blows me away with how different our 2 barns are. We hear nothing, see nothing, are told nothing from our boss, if he is even our boss. I'm honestly confused at this point. We have one point of contact and he doesnt respond to 90% of the texts you send him. I talk to him maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks. But document everything I see with the trucks and trailers.

We are still super slow, way worse than last year. We just had a driver go out for a few months because of a surgery, so that is helping a little bit. But I'm getting alot of dirty looks and mutters from the other drivers(I'm the newest guy) and several seem very keen on telling me of all these new jobs available eslewhere. Then last week a trailer got a bent bumper, not bad, but someone obviously tagged something and 2 guys tried to blame me, despite me proving the the only time I had that trailer in the past week, the 2 customers I went to, you dont back to anything as they were pull through. There nothing for me to hit. So I'm back to shooting video of every truck after I do my post trip to Cover my rear. This place has gotten so hostile, I dont even talk to anyone any more. I'm starting to consider wearing a body cam in anticipation of one, or more, of these clowns trying to escalate something and then blame me again
