good on you, feeling like anew man I bet. I lost 15lb in 28 or so days and its wonderful. I just stuck more or less to 1500 calories a day which was all mindset, then after the stomach shrunk its now hard to overeat. I would not mind another 15lb but no head space for more mindset at present. Think it will be loose the carbs but I just love bread.

Thanks. My target is 175 lbs. But this experience has changed me forever. I will never be a big carb consumer again. Maybe some icecream once in awhile but that will be pretty much it. Remember that your 1,500 calories should be real calories. Remember the 4 boiled eggs vs. one donut calorie comparison. 4 boiled eggs will do a lot of good to your body, while a donut will do nothing but harm. And don't believe the people who make the eggs the villain, they are not. The potatoes and the bread that you eat with those eggs are the actual villain. If you eat the eggs with garlic, onions, olive oil and leafy greens, your body will thank you.

    5) Almonds
    6) Pecans
    7) Walnuts
    8) Avocado
    9) Leafy greens like spinach, kale and arugula
    10) Beets(Has high sugar but the rest of your diet will mitigate that)

    11) The four berries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
    12) Full fat plain Greek yogurt
    13) Black coffee and green tea. You will be amazed how black coffee kills appetite

First meal of the day after 18 hours. Greek Yogurt, nuts, seeds, avocado, and berries. A good 20 grams of protein, healthy fats, minimal carbs and lots of fiber.

Yes marketing, crap, and drive through have a lot to answer for. Amazing how most things that are bad for you are discounted the most or marketed as convenient and cheap. Good on you, may all the best come to you.

Like the breakfast cereals that have billions of marketing behind them. They promise all kinds of health benefits lol. And all those multivitamin and supplements bottles. If you eat those foods that I listed above reguarly, you don't need supplements. And stuff in nature come as a package. You can't just take a Vitamin D pill and call it good, it doesn't work like that. You need more nutrients to be able to absorb that Vitamin D. If you eat Sardines regularly, don't waste your money on those Vitamin D, B12 and fish oil supplements.
And let's not forget the protein powders lol. You can get so much hemp seeds and eggs with the money spent on protein powders. And unlike those protein powders, hemp seeds and eggs are a total package so the protein absorption is higher and safer.
