Apparently, 7 to 8 men entered sewers via manhole covers at two different locations in Brooklyn. During both incidences, the men entered the sewers for a period of two to three hours, then re-emerged to enter a vehicle and leave the area.

A heavy police presence descended on both locations and the sewers checked with nothing suspicious found. Authorities say there is nothing to worry about.

From what I can see in the video, the men entering the sewers don't appear to be carrying much in the way of tools, rather only tools to pry the cover off the manhole.

Conspiracy me sees the video with the guy who says jokingly that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are the ones entering the sewer leads me to believe that the news crew actually knows what is going on.
