Maybe you can mix some extremely hot water with the dawn soap. It would have to be very hot, like boiling hot. Then let it sit for a while. Pull the plugs, Then with some caution, use the pressure washer to flush everything out.
Do you have a water heater near by that you could feed the pressure washer?

I have a 5 gallon water heater at the shop but it don’t get very hot…. I do have some firewood and a grate? Maybe I could bring a big pot from home?

Water would need to be quite hot. Sort of work to dissolve the build up. The soap would work to help that process, plus keep it from sticking to the surface. Think if you can get it broken up, you can flush it out.
The only other option would be a solvent, like acetone or maybe denatured alcohol. Would probably need quite a bit of it. Plus, then you gotta figure out how to get rid of it, cause it will be toxic and contaminated.

@Tug Toy can you get double strength hydrogen peroxide?
You don’t want to go any stronger than 6 percent.
You can make a pretty decent foaming cleaner with it.
Dawn dish soap works really well for this.

Mix a 2 parts Hydrogen peroxide and 1 part Dawn dish soap. Just use the regular blue one.
Best to spray it on the surface to clean. Really good degreaser.

I know what I’d do. I’d use a pressure washer to knock the sludge loose. Then I’d mix up aluminum bright like I was gonna wash the polish off and turn it white. Roll that around and make sure you get the ends. Then I’d flush it with running water out the hose. Drain it and stick in the hot ### summer sun to dry. Call it a done deal

Provided you’re working on aluminum tanks .

Charged the A/C yesterday and it works! Horray! I've just got to figure out the fan, its not coming on when the binary switch trips. I'm wondering if it's ECM since it never had A/C, have to hook up ET and see.

    Cool! (pun intended).

There is something to be said for pre-ecm machines when it comes to diagnosing such things, but ET is pretty handy if you have it!

This injector problem has me completely stumped...my only guess is that all these injectors/tubes are not sealing properly. Its leaking a #### ton of fuel off the rail at all times...nothing like buying 4k worth of parts and have it not work
