Water pump, thermostats and seals, any thrust plates, or bushings that are worn. Have the main bearings replaced, the turbo tested, 10 lbs in the intake. the CAC tested 35 lbs should not leak more than 4 lbs in 15 seconds, get the valves set, No rack on a c15 it is electronic. just a thought!
