Leaving Swift for Liquid Transport. . .

Now this might be a no bainer, except that with Swift I'm home every night and with LT, I'll be out 4 to 6 days. Did I mention more $$$.

Crazy or not. . . You make the call.

    Mastertech Thanks this.

Probably a good move overall... hopefully it works out for ya. Good luck, be safe, allow extra room for stopping and take those ramp curves at an even slower pace if you're doing the tanker yanker thing. "Drive defensively!" > :Tank: :Tank-wagon: :Navigator: :biggrin_2559:

I pulled liquid O2 7 years ago. But that was a baffled tank. These smooth bore tanks talk to you A LOT MORE.

You might be doing as much sitting as running. That seems to be the nature of the chemical transportation industry. I am sitting at a plant right now. They unloaded 1/2 the load, and had me pull off the rack and park on the street. That was 9 hours ago. Thank God we get paid hourly when that happens. How is the pay package at LT?

Will be dedicated out of Pueblo. No touch and guarantied no less than 2400mi a week paid by the mile.

That sounds pretty good. You can make it on mileage only if its all drop and hook out and back dedicated trailers that don't need a wash out.

They just woke me up to finish unloading. 21 hours at $13.30 and counting. Sometimes my best weeks come from BS like this.
