Murderer May Go Free

I got myself out of big charge once years ago that way.

Not murder charge.

But any how local hick cop nails me pretty much dead bang on a deal.

He turns on his tape recorder and then starts looking for his Maranda card.
I asked what are you looking for?
He tells me.

SO I start speaking out the warning to him.

I asked will that work out ok?

He said works for me.

Ok, court date comes and I tell my lawyer to ask the court for the tape of my arrest.
Cop says I do not have it on me.
Judge says do you have it in your office?
Why yes I do.

Fine please go get it and be back in 20 mins.

Off he goes and they play the tape when he gets back.

My lawyer starts smiling and then ask the judge that all the charges be dropped and all record of arrest be wiped clean.

City atty. starts off saying he wants to refile.
Judge said all charges dropped and eveidence out as it was taken after my arrest.

City pissed cop got his arse chewed out and I'm smiling....
