Well folks, that there is exactly why driverless trucks, insurance costs, and the ever increasing of encroaching safety BS smothers us. You would think or hope, this guy is out there on his own. But as a collective but we pay and regulate for the dumbest. Its a sham it doesn't work the other way. I like to think there are more safter drivers than not.
