    Straight to the point.
I have 1 parking accident at fault 1 year since.
I have another NOT at fault moving Accident 2 years now.
1 Speeding ticket 2 years now
all Of those were under Class D.
1 missed weight station sign violation from NM recent. I am just looking for a company to hire me but I have applied many companies and all of them turned me down.i have been driving Trucks manual 18 speed and automatic for 9years out of my 11 years of CDL holder. Th other 2 years was when i was working in the city as a medical class D driver, since i wanted to give my new family the time they needed, and all that happened during that time. But my first 8 years of driving OTR, and local I never had a single Speeding or Accidents on my CDL. So I want to work for anyone who is willing to hire me Local or OTR or lease/Rent. I am based in Oak Creek, WI 70 miles North of Chicago. My email is
    Mandmexpressllc@gmail.com.
That is my story, and I need a job. This is my profession and I am a US citizen. Connect me if you have any job openings.

preferably LOCAL out of Milwaukee area or OTR with lease/Rent. Company driver OTR last option. Thanks guys.

I drove for Penske home daily for about six months before buying a truck. A few of my coworkers had records similar to yours, truly fine, but some magical number of warnings or whatever meant that when they tried to get other CDL jobs, a shocking variety of places rejected them in ways that made no sense.

No idea what your specific boss would like, but mine was awesome. When I bought the truck, it was from a place along my delivery route. My boss put a second driver in the truck with me, and let me end my shift driving the truck I had bought (the one in my pfp) home.

There's also a bit of growth room. If you have hazmat/tanker/doubles/triples etc, you can apply for elite driver position after six months, wherein you do your local thing one week a month, and up to 3 weeks, they fly you out to whatever random Penske account needs more drivers, and you get paid way more. The elite drivers I knew were making like $3k/week W2. Home a week, out 3 weeks.

Your speeding ticket is what's hurting you. It needs to be 3 years old before a reputable company will look at you, and you want local so you'll lose out to drivers with cleaner records. Check Craigslist for jobs under the radar. Some of those Craigslist jobs will work with you.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Shouldn't have any problem finding a 1099 job from Craigslist.
