Nah. Vibration crack if i was a guessing man. Lots of clearance on the landing gearSons Hero Thanks this. -
Nice ice tires we use a similar style but in a recap and only for winter, summer it’s runouts or steers .. they burn up fast in the heat but amazing traction in the snowy Rocky Mountains Canadian side..

Thats just god telling you that you need a custom t bar back there fully chromed and paint matched with chicken lights

See a lot of those tires thru the Rogers pass
Talked to drivers and they said the same….extremely good snow/ice traction.
I came up out of Golden with open shoulder aggressive tires but definitely had some drive tire slip. This was during a major snow event (14” overnight). Slept in truck at summit….Magoo1968 Thanks this. -
I’m sure that will look sweet on the next one….

I could be wrong, but I believe those limit switches are a PACCAR MX13 thing only,
We have several 389’s/589’s with MX’s that have those, my son drives a 389 same year with an X15 and his does not have those switches, actually none of they’re fleet of 6 X15 powered Pete’s have themabyliks Thanks this. -
First leg is 5.82 mpg but I also ran out of PA on 322 and 80 so plenty of hills in that area as well, I’d have to thumb through my notes to see what that was before but I’d imagine it’s about the same spread
Kinda wish I had pushed for the 3.25s a little more, though these 3.36s are forcing me to run a smidge slower out here BUT I can actually use the cruise even with the small hillsLast edited: Oct 11, 2026 at 3:09 PM
