Yep they should definitely hunt down whoever hit him and nail him with assault. I'm sure there's something they could tack on given the severity of the consequences.

I think you meant to say battery.

    Assault is a threat.

When it comes to this, no such thing as a game to me.

I put up with this ######### in high school... although I'm local, I lived overseas for a while (military), and, upon my return after a particularly ugly military divorce (USN, Submariners), I dealt with spoon-fed maggots from rich families who had all kinds of issues and took it out on unsuspecting freshmen, right? Later, after serving in the Infantry and learning how to F______ SCRAP, I went out of my way to #####-SLAP THE F______ PUNKS WHO GAVE ME GRIEF, USUALLY CHOOSING MY MOMENT IN CROWDED PARTIES WHEN HEAPS OF PEOPLE WERE AROUND... nowadays, most of the kooks leave me and my family WELL THE F___ ALONE. ####, you can see that this issue raises my hackles... I don't like bullies, who are basically nothing but COWARDS, acting out only when they have numbers in their favor. Just like PUNK-##### GANG MEMBERS who don't have the nuts to "SACK UP" and tackle issues face-to-face.

Mr. Railsplitter, you are a welcome asset here....I love seeing what you will have to say next....

And, for the record, I got even by not turning into a fat, pimply, ugly doped out b**** with eight kids that looks twenty years older than stated age, like those &*$# "cheerleader" types did.

In remember that game...I got my sack "tapped" once in 7th grade.

And I got 10 days out of school suspension for it...because the guy that did it suffered a broken jaw, a broken nose, and a dislocated shoulder.

I never got my sack tapped again...:biggrin_25510:

Your parents didn't contest the suspension for you merely acting in self defense?

Yes...Dad just happened to home (he was a truck driver).

The principle told him what happened and that I was suspended...and Dad was about to do the same thing to the principle.

When the principle said that I was wrong to do what I did...Dad pulled him plumb over his desk by his neck tie...:biggrin_2559: Told him "Nobody has to lay down and take a beating...and I #### sure didn't raise my son that way you SOB".

I guess we called it "even" after that...I took my 10 days, Dad stayed home 10 days...and we spent it fishing.

You can't beat the school board on such matters anyway...that fight is on my school record as being "extremely violent and malicious"...it has never caused my any problems though, and even if it did...I believe an explanation would solve it.

I did in 82. It was self defense and I stood my ground. My parents backed me all the way.
