Maybe back to trucking ?

Have a few questions! lol been out of the trucking industry for a few years, more like since 1994 ! Looking to move back to the Seattle area and buy a good used truck and run as owner. Running containers or who knows salmon to LA or maybe even pulling a flat around again! I guess my question is I am currently making $50k a year with benefits med dental life 401k can I do better out there or is the own operator days done with. I miss driving like you wouldn’t believe I use to work for Glacier Carriers out of Columbia Falls MT, best company I had ever worked for! lol trust me I worked for R&J Leasing (May Trucking ), I know how it feels to get screwed. Any how have got some cash stashed and would like to drive again but looking at buying a truck, any advice anyone can toss my way would be great.
