Im going home for hometime tuesday...Probably break out the my tabletop grill onto my catwalk at a truck stop or rest area on Mon. though... probably be back here early next week. The previous drv hit a yellow pole and cracked the front rt fender and there is yellow paint on the headlight lens. They wanted to fix it when i got the trk but i had a load that day and had to get out. For some reason I have been seeing more and more swifties here at WVDC. I even see some swift trks parked with the volvos by the shop.

 

Thats what im sayin!!!! Sat Photos show a SH*TLOAD of trk parking there too!

 

Oh okay.. Ya I made a boo boo when I first got my truck and rubbed my pass side drives against those stupid rails on fjs scales.. The front on appears to be pushed into the tire.. But then again.. Somedays it looks like there's a 1/2 or so between em.. Well I'm sorry I missed ya buddy.. Hopefully soon we can meet up and get a chance to talk.. you can even buy us dinner!!

I was gunna call ya today.. But I am having troubles with a few teeth.. So I've had a horrible tooth ache and a wounderful ear ache.. If you want.. Ill call ya after your home time. Just let me know.. hmm.. It seems like this threads left to us few who are left here.. So where's all the new folk?

Geeze, I thought my company was bad but at least things do get fixed and we do have mty tlr's w/o having to do the search. Beginning to think that I "may have" misjudged this company from reading ya'lls posts.

 

Oh yea, have been on vacation for 8 days now and am really wondering if I want to go back out. Naahhhhhh, kind of like being OTR still.

 

okay I am still around have not moved on just yet lol. Will be a central slave till the 3rd. Then on (I pray) to greener pastures. In Salina, KS at the Bosselmans now. Then on to London,KY wmdc on the 1st. lol.

 

I'm here. New driver. Just upgraded to solo on the 14th'ish. Been home once for my 4 days already. And I am scheduled for hometime again to be home this next Friday til Monday. Got a great DM, the same one my trainer has, I requested him as I liked the way he did things. Got a 2011 prostar with 85,000 miles on it. I am stuck In the west valley area for the weekend so I can get my upgrade finished out, i upgraded in conley. They got me doing local work for the weekend, so that will at least help pass the time. Right now I'm camping out at the J on the 215 at exit 28. Have to go 8.2 miles in the am to get loaded at farm land foods, then bring that back to the yard. Now that I have introduced myself I'm going to bed.

Dark, sorry to hear about your tooth pain. Just in case ya don't know, you can get this stuff called "Red Cross Toothache-complete medicine kit" at pretty much any pharmacy such as Walgreens,CVS etc. Wal-Mart does NOT carry it.

It has Eugenol, which is a synthetic/concentrated version of the ingredient in Clove Oil that kills tooth pain. It actually works great. Just don't get it on your lips or skin. It'll burn and crack tissue like crazy, but is surprisingly effective for tooth pain.

Just thought I'd mention it as it really helped me when I had a filling fall out.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that it's better than Orajel (Benzocaine) imho . it lasts far longer and actually kills pain.
