    Hello, new to the site. The only other forum I've been a part of has been CDLofit, so far I like it here better. Got quick answers without any smart*** remarks. A lot of info here too, wished I had found it 3 months ago. I had surgery on both knees and have been bored out of my head lol. Well anyway look foward to meeting more ppl here and will be back later.
