    If speed is not know, cops could always give out a wreckless ticket anyways.

    this was overturned by supreme court they cannot guess your speed anymore

    I bet that person is bullheaded spending thousands of dollars taking a speeding ticket all the way to the supreme court to prove his point. I guess now it is worth it but before hand it was a long shot gamble that most people would of just payed the fine.

    Anyone can visualize the flow of traffic and pick out one that is going faster. The problem is they don't know the actual speeds of everyone involved. They just assume.

    Actually it was a group maybe ooida don't quote me but it was a group that challenged the law not a single driver
