Were you searching in Points of Interest or entering an address? Please note that while we have millions of POI entries, it is by no means all-inclusive. If you were trying to enter the address, please let me know the address.

What is the street?

I couldn't even put Main St. in because of truck restrictions.
Truck restrictions can happen only after entering an address and letting the nav unit calculate a route. It would not have any effect on entering the address. I think that maybe you were trying to say that after entering the address, the nav unit was not able to calculate a route due to truck restrictions. For us to investigate, we would need to know the following information:

The starting city/state.

The destination address.

Your truck settings (weights, lengths, etc.).

We can then run the route and identify the issue.

It was like Hope Mills didn't exist. IIRC I tried about every street that I could find on that list. It wasn't going to take me there.
Please provide the starting city/state and the destination address so that we can double-check.

OK got in from the road yesterday.

I went from the Pilot in Dickson TN. I entered 220 Hwy 125S in Middleton TN. BB took me to another empty field. AFAIK she took me to 220HWY 125S in Bolivar. I was way North of Middleton.

Next I delivered to Pep Boys DC in McDonough GA.
55 Liberty Industrial Parkway to 190 Greenwood Drive McDonough GA.

When I pulled out to the road that went to I-75 BB told me to go right, QT convience store on the corner. It took me on a round about way to finally get to the Home Depot DC. When I pulled out I was headed to the Petro off I-285W. BB had me go out of the entrance to the left. I had come in from the other side. I looked and there was a no trucks sign the way I had come from! (It was rather residential looking.) I went a short ways and took a right........there was the QT I had taken a right at in front of Pep Boys!
I am wondering if the issue was the turn you made when you went "out of the entrance to the left". The nav unit can route you on streets, but it cannot route you through a parking lot. When it gives you the first turn instruction, it is with the assumption that you are already on a street. If you are exiting a parking lot, you have to be a bit careful that you are heading the way that the nav unit intends.

Going to the McKesson Corp in Duluth GA on another trip. It kept giving me "route calculation failure check truck restrictions" wouldn't take me there at all. It would take me to Evergreen Blvd. Not the same street. I found I have to store a different type truck to get to some places. I make myself a 2 axel 26K truck 13'6" high.
To investigate, we will need the following information:

The starting city/state.

The destination address.

Your truck settings (weights and lengths).

We can then run the route and find out exactly what happened.

Brundidge AL looking for a Walmart DC. The street didn't come up in the street names. 1006 Sara C Lotte Blvd. I could see the sign at the interesection with US231.
Evidently this address is not in our map database. I have given the information to our engineers so that they can notify our mapping supplier.

Shaw Industries Plant #82 2274 Hwy 76 Chatsworth GA BB took me to the West Side of town when I needed to go East another 1-3 miles.
I will investigate this one and let you know.

Sometimes the street list won't let you have a NW or W or E when it is on the address I get from the company. These places aren't new they have been there for years.
Can you please provide an example?

Actually the Brundidge location came up as SA Graham rd. I just looked at Brundidge on yahoo maps and the is the street on the East side of US231. Not the West side.

I should have time to get me BOL's out of the cabinet tomorrow and get some more info.

Try and get these things sorted out.

How can I get the .12 version?

I recommend calling Customer Service at 773-889-3087 and order the DVD update. It will update the software to 1.5.1.12, and it will also update all the map data. There is no charge for the DVD. When calling, please have the serial number of your unit. It is located on the back of your unit.

Brian the company in Middleton was Moltan. They are probably less than 1 mile North of the Mississippi line. I might have been able to look this place up by name? Still learning how to work this thing to the max.

BTW this unit usually will show you in parking lots and such.

When I was leaving the Pep Boys it was on to a street, then I pulled up to the next street. It said to go right, it would have been better to go left.

I will be going out again today for a couple of weeks. I'll try and get better notes.

Just plugged in 1255 Vaughn Pkwy in Portland TN from the Pilot in Dickson TN that steet will not come up with BB yet it comes up on yahoo maps.

The new software release still did not fix the Ontario problem of it calling hwys O-N it still says O_N 401 instead of hwy 401 I wonder how fast it would be fixed if it call I-75 through michigan MI-75 or FL-75 through Florida

That address is not in our map database. Our engineers will inform our mapping supplier.
