Thanks to those who've been concerned about where I am and how I'm doing. :biggrin_25525: I appreciate the posts, pms and emails....how kind you are.

Yes, I'm still with Swift and I still love it. Still with a Wal-Mart Dedicated fleet and still think the world of those in our terminal.

I have been extremely ill for about 3 weeks but I'm now back at work. My terminal manager, trip planers, DM and everyong in our fleet were nothing but kindness and caring while I was ill. Not only did I not have any hassles while having to off duty they ran my husband as a solo locally so that he was home every night.

In fact the only thing that was said to me that could have been taken as harsh was my terminal manager saying "why in the world did you keep working? you should have told me you felt bad and gotten to the doctor a lot sooner!" Yep I love my fleet.

The really rotten part of being sick is I gained weight! How unfair.

So now it's back to work and thank goodness. As for my knee surgery, I do indeed plan to have it done but with the support of my surgeon I'm waiting until I've lost a certain amount of weight so that my recovery will be easier.

I still recommend Swift to people and still think very highly of how I and my husband have been treated.

Miss you all and hope to see you on the road! I'm the old lady with the red hair in the Swift truck, hollar at me and I'll buy you .........(you guessed it) pie!:biggrin_2559:
