After lots of sweat and 1 small grease burn it is done!! Had to "melt" the outside part of the slack off to get to the gear on the cam little bit of direct heat on it and an airchisle it fell right off. Cam and bushing appear ok seal is toast. I'll check it better tomorrow when it cools down all the way. Thanks again for all the replies

Have to agree with the torch method. Sometimes pullers just won't get it done.
Cut the slack adj. outer housing out of the way with a cut on both sides. This exposes all of the inner workings, and allows you to get directly at the splined bushing that slides over the cam splines. Plus it allows you to wipe away all of the excess grease to limit fire hazard. With a steady hand you can torch the slack adj. bushing off the cam spline without damaging the s-cam.
