Just got my cdl through school a month ago but can't find any company to hire me. The biggest rejection reason I'm getting is that I've had to many jobs in the last 3 years. 6 to be exact. I traveled around to places I wanted to go and did contract work for different companies. And when the job was complete I spent time educating myself in another field of work which I do on my own time with my own money. Explaining this to recruiters doesn't seem to matter, they act like it is such a sin to not have been with one or two companies your whole life. (losers!) I know a newbie can't job hop and I wasn't a newbie when I was doing it. You have to get experience first. So my question is, what companies are out there (if any) that aren't so picky about hiring student drivers?
