First, you have your facts straight. Lacking those, show up in court then pray.
Your friends toll ticket says "We Connect Oklahoma" at the top. Then "Turner Turnpike Mainline Plaza" in the middle.
The actual toll plaza "location" would be "Tulsa". Not OKC. That's what it states on the toll ticket I'm looking at this very minute, dated 05/28/10. -
i dont run that way. have not been that way in many yrs. i do know he is very honest did he make a mistake? dont know i will call him later but my point is how do we protect ourself from bad calls by dot cops csa points are not revsible that i know of

It is a concern on both sides of the fence. I read a report yesterday where an inspector cited the driver for a load violation. The unsecured load was a banana peel in a small plastic bag.
You will have the ability to challenge the information on the reports.
I would post the link for you, but I don't have enough posts. Google search "DataQs FMCSA" and the login screen should be the first link you see. -
If it is on the outside of your truck and is not bolted down or held onto the truck with something rated to hold it there, then it is not secure.
I am surprised that the DOT is not constantly pulling over flatbeds for dunnage under the trailer held on with bungee cords. Since the bungee has no load rating then the dunnage is technically not secured.Tazz Thanks this.
