I'd say just about any flatbed outfit... waste-hauling outfits as well. Some tanker yankers haul booze... I once ran with a tanker yanker who had 2300 gallons of tequila on board. Terms of his probation maybe? Maybe he is recovering AA member? Who knows.

 

Or maybe he does not endorse alcohol and does not want to haul it. Some people choose so for personal reasons, (loved one killed or suicide induced by alcohol or religious reasons)

 

yeah, i didn't think of the religious angle. Then he would not be hauling Trojans either.

 

I don't think that one would apply. The only religion I know of that talks about celibacy is catholic priests and to some that doesn't seem to apply to young boys tho.... As far as I know catholics are the only ones that frown on birth control.

 

Tobacco and Alcohol are two of the most sought out loads to hijack. That might be enough to discourage anyone.

Me? I want to haul tube guitar amps from the Peavey plant in Meridian Mississippi...but no solid state. It has to be tube or I refuse to haul it.
