Well all just finished up my first 8 days with the new company. It was great. 2000 in 4 days. then another 1800 to start the new week. Yah leaving Central was a very good choice.
The down side is an older truck with higher miles, but it runs. Well. Have yet to haul a load over 75k total weight.
    Love this place.
Oh did I mention that I am on home time for 3 days?

Man.. it never pays to cheat.. well in my case.. it payed very well.. but apparently we got this new log guy.. head of safety.. dunno. his names wolff.. and i cheated my butt off on my logs the past month.. and he called me about it on my way home.. said that i wasnt supposed to be doing it.. but i guess they dont understand.. if i hadnt have cheated so much.. thier loads would not have gotten there, i would not have gotten as much pay and so forth...

I hate this csa2010 crap.. its making everyone and thier mom loose money.. man.. ive been cheatin since in my trainers truck.. he showed me how to cheat and said if ever a l/o take every advantage and do it as much as possible.. and look where it got me.. he told me i would know Monday if i had a job or not.. so i don't know..

I have an opportunity to work for a friend of the family.. runnin a food wagon down to Dallas, back up to Arkansas and do it all over again.. for around 3200- 4000 a week.. all paper and ungoverned trucks.. most likely a freightshaker.. either a classic or a crapnado.. but it pays around .50cpm on all loaded and no dead head miles are paid at all.. but its drop and hook for a local company.. but he dont hold legal taxes.. your on your own for that.. so i have alot to think about.. atleast i could stick with him till the goverment makes everyone go paperless.. i really just wanted to stick with central another year and then head over to a career type of place.. man.. this sucks.. you just cant get ahead here man.. i mean.. ya.. you can get a few 3k weeks running 100 percent legal.. but i got another 1500 on repairs to get fixed.. my kw is killin me on this lease op thing... well ya'll.. i might not be a central family member much longer if mr. wolf has anything to do with it...

thanks buddy, i appreciate it.. i would really like to stick around, much like yourself.. because no one real good wants us without at least 2 years experience.. plus i would like to learn as much here as i can about running a truck efficiently.. that way i got all the info i need( obviously other than logs) to run over to jct and go.. maybe my luck will be better than the feller that's in an argument with the jct folks now.. cause im a bigger guy too.. so we'll see... i would like to keep my job for at least another year.. my hopes are central will start treating us better.. i mean pay scale wise and maybe get in some lone stars or t660s.. but thatll never happen.. so i dunno.. im looking for career

Well DM He called me one day and was complaining about my logs too. I could not stand the sound of his voice. Sounds like a snake trying to get in your head. Finally told him that I had to go I was driving and no I would not sign the paper he wanted signed. Hung up, and got the call on the new job the next day. Gave my two weeks and never heard from that weirdo again lol.

You do know that after 6mo you can find some else to least you truck and walk away from it right?? Don't listen to owner ops when they tell you that your stuck in it.

I guess the safety guy is gonna come agter me next! When I was at the pete dlr I went to line 5 to get food. Then came back so they can work on the trk. Well in doors qc has no signal. When I started tto drive to go get my latst load from conway in fremont oh, I mac 45 and put myself on line 3 but qc wouldn't take it so it kept me on line 5 all the way to conway. Been tryin all day to get someone in safety to fix it but no one answerd. And I got a ticket today for speeding and a false ticket for trl reg.
