SWIFT background check

Looking at your experience,you been driving for 13 years so you were driving since you were 19 because your age is 32......I wish I could of found a trucking job when I was 19 but everybody i talked to even the intrastate companies said there is no trucking company that will hire you under the age of 21 and thats been that way forever.You got lucky cause thats unheard of.

 

I have a misdemeaner theft charge from over 7 years ago. Do you know how far they go back? Or what is their policy? I was told by the recruiter they go back ten years but I was lied to by CR england and so now i don't know what to believe.

 

A misdemeanor should not be a problem. Be honest about it on any paperwork.
