I'm fairly certain that Montana is covered by the new DC over in Cheyenne, WY...not sure if Swift has that base...I think it's England.
Nothing wrong with WM/Sams dedicated...generally steady on miles and schedules!![]()

Swift isn't running out of the new Cheyenne DC. I don't know if anyone has it but I do know Navajo is picking up the pork from farmland in SLC for Cheyenne.
I just figured if he ran out of the SLC terminal/fleet he had a better shot eventually at Corrine. But......I'm often wrong. -

Hi everyone sorry. He IS home safe came in monday # 10:55am. The mentor told my husband to stay up late and trip plan on Thursday night to get my husband to Phoenix Arizona by 4 pm on Friday to test out. My husband woke the mentor up told him that they were 14 hours out. and mentor decided to sleep in till 7am Friday morning and they were in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Did not get into Phoenix til about 10:30 at night so of course the mentor had My husband miss his test. But on the way to Phoenix at that time the mentor told him that instead of taking that test, my husband was to have a meeting with the mentor, the mentor's DM, and the terminal manager all the way back to Lewiston, ID. So that meant being stuck with this mentor all the way back to ID for this meeting. My husband said the mentor continued to put him down and saying how I can be with a man who is worthless. The mentor said at the meeting they are going to let him go. He suppose to hear something from Swift in a few days on what they r going to do with my husband and about the mentor.

Glad to see you're back. If I was in hubby's shoes, I'd be on the phone with Swift to find out what the devil is going on. I can't see Swift acting like this...especially since it seems the mentor arranged for him to miss his test. If this DM in Lewiston is part of the problem, try to contact the Fleet Manager in Lewiston. If that doesn't work, the Terminal Manager. Then I'd be calling Phoenix and talking to the Operations Manager...or VP or whomever I could contact. Your husband has the right to tell his side of the story. If this mentor allowed him to stay on the truck for the entire six weeks and then at the end tries to pull the rug out from under him....well, I just can't see Swift letting that fly. If your husband was such a problem, then why did that mentor keep him for the whole training period? Sounds fishy to me.
otherhalftw and Texas-Nana Thank this. -
Phoenix Driver Services, (or whatever the name is now) does not do road tests after 3 pm...especially on a Friday...road test on Friday, then he is stuck in Phoenix over the weekend waiting till Monday for tractor assignment. that Mentor is a ............( I can't say what I want, Nana does not approve of that kind of language...besides the filter wouldn't put anything but *****)
Like I said before...get your list ready, and (new part now) don't wait for them to call you...call Phoenix immediately....800-800-2200!Texas-Nana and ptropixxx Thank this. -
