Do you have power going into the lights? I can get a wiring schem if you give me the last 6 of the vin. Also do they turn on with just the running lamps or none at all?

Is there any corossion around the relays or wires going into the top of the relays? When the windshields leak the water has a tendency to drip on the relays causing all kinds of funky problems. If that's the case, fix wiring, then cut out a piece of plastic and jam it up over the relay area so the water drips away. Other then that, I would follow the wiring from the taillight to the cab so see if there is any that have rubbed together, etc, etc. That's all I can suggest. Good luck.
