Hello, tr9999a and Welcome to the Site:)

This is a forum community where you can post questions and get help from other members that have knowledge and similar interest as you.

I found this link to help you with the Community/Technical Colleges that are in your area:

    http://www.a2zcolleges.com/Comm/montana.html

You will have to do the homework and talk with these schools to find a truck driver training program that suits your needs.

I am an advocate for the training offered through colleges. We have many members here with varied experience that can help you.

    Best of Luck!!!!!

See if there are any "quick cdl" places in Montana.
If your state doesn't require a specific amount of instructional hours to test, its possible you might find one?

By this I mean, taking the test in an Auto truck with 27ft trailer. They usually cost around $500 for a short course(8hr) with pre-trip and skills practice. They will usually take you to the testing place that day.

It's not going to prepare you to actually drive a tandem axle/9spd+/53ft setup though, lol
