Im a swift mentor dont know what terminal your husband is out of but driver services is who he needs to speak with.With enough complaints the mentor will be put on suspension.No student has to take abuse and used only for extra miles if he feels hes not learning its his right to ask for a diffrent mentor.

 

Finish up with Swift...and file the complaint...or at least follow up on the complaint about the Mentor...but something tells me they are dealing with him already!

 

I say its worth seeing what will happen with swift. You have the time. Give it a chance and if nothing changes in the 10 days, W&S will still be there. Please keep us updated.

 

Why let one mentor dictate your husband's career? I too would finish with Swift, follow up on the complaint on the mentor, transfer to another terminal and spit in that mentor's eye by being happy.

Now, once he finishes up with Swift and the complaint if he really wants to change companies then do it. But do it only because HE wants to and not because some hairy legged jerk of a mentor wants to prove he's a big shot.

Just my 3 cents. (inflation has changed my 2 cents to 3 cents)
